The Committee and members of the Williamstown Swimming & Life Saving Club always welcome new members.
Our primary function is to train and provide volunteer lifesavers and ensure Williamstown has a patrolled beach. The Club is run by volunteers for volunteers and we rely on members for their support to ensure facilities are pleasant and safe for all members to enjoy.
Your annual membership fees ensures the Club remains viable and we have the vital equipment to provide lifesaving services, maintain equipment and facilities as well as meet the standards set by Life Saving and Government bodies.
Membership entitles you to make use of the facilities within the Club, such as the pool, change-rooms, kitchen and watercraft. The Committee encourages members to become involved the activities of the Club – lifesaving, nippers, fundraising, social get-togethers and we welcome members to stand for positions on the committee and sub committees.
Upon first joining the Club each member/family is issued with a membership medallion which is to be with you when frequenting the Club. Medallion year inserts are issued upon renewal of annual membership to the Club. Membership is due and payable by 31st October each year.
