The School Program runs from November until March each year.

It's designed to educate students on aquatic and water safety in a coastal environment and the pool. 

Students practice skills on nipper boards and body boards, rescue scenarios, correct use of life jackets, first aid and CPR as well as games and teamwork. We also offer the Victorian Water Safety Certificate and are accredited for Sporting Schools funding.

Each year, we have approximately 2000 students attend the program, with some students attending for 2 days.

We have over 25 coaches who are club members. They are all bronze medallion holders, as well as our qualified pool lifeguards.

The coaches do a terrific job passing on their knowledge and skills with enthusiasm, despite the weather, which can be hot, cold, wet and occasionally really nice!
